I am a retired psychotherapist and spiritual director. Yoga is my way of taking care of myself and also offering health, balance and wisdom to all who come to my classes. Breathing, stretching, moving, laughing--all are Yoga, connecting our Body, Mind and Soul to the energy of the universe. The yoga I teach is gentle, emphasizing self care and respect for one's own body; it is non-competitive, and fun.
