This form of yoga is partner assisted (me being the partner). As I assist the person, they use resistance/small movements to get the maximum and most correct stretch possible. I do mostly private sessions, but am flexible about people's different needs.
I have developed series of stretches that can alleviate chronic pain for a lot of different problems such as sciatica, TMJ, carpal tunnel,muscle spasms/pulls, etc.
