I draw on experience with the use of props and knowledge of anatomically sound principles to guide participants through safe, diverse practices suitable to their level of experience and ability.
My teaching style is to guide you to your own inner wisdom and felt experience to help you uncover your own relationship with yoga, one that continues in body, mind and spirit once you step off the mat and go back to your daily life.
I have firsthand experience with the power of yoga to help move through painful life situations, both emotional and physical, and brings compassion to my teaching to help others discover all of the gifts Yoga has to offer.
