Lindsay has made it her aim in life to make people happy. For 7 years working in the charity sector she was honoured to make an impact on peoples lives, however it came at the huge cost of her own health and wellbeing. Through years of stress and overworking her respite was yoga, which she was first introduced to as a teenager. Lindsay spent years developing her practice and herself, so she could become a teacher and share her love of yoga with her community. As it turns out, teaching yoga is her calling and she is happiest with her students, teaching them to find peace and let go of stresses, bringing joy through yoga.
