Lindsay Duncan has been leading yoga classes and retreats since 2010 . Trained in India in both Asthanga and Hatha yoga, Lindsay’s teaching is a combination of traditional knowledge and progressive, modern understandings rooted in anatomy and health.
Lindsay believes that yoga is for everyone, and you can come to your mat both to heal and to challenge yourself. Strength is as important as softness. Mastering the body and the mind both take time, so don’t come to your mat to achieve – come to your mat to experience.
