I am a yoga instructor and personal trainer by profession; I'm a yogini and lifelong student at heart! Although my formal training is in power vinyasa, I teach all levels of yogis, including absolute beginners, the art and science of isometric exercise. I started practicing in 2004 to combat chronic fatigue. I stayed on the mat through the years because the mind/body connection allows me to feel energized and capable in any situation. There's no wrong reason to practice yoga, and no obstacle you can't overcome. Accessibility is something I take to heart, which is why I offer both in person and online classes through Skype. Whether it means coming to you, having you at my home studio, meeting virtually, or seeing you at one of my group classes, I am committed to helping you come to the mat!
