When Lindsay discovered yoga in 2013, it instantly became her favourite way of unwinding after a busy day at the office. Yoga enables her to unclutter her mind, while reconnecting to her body and breath. She loves sharing this experience with her students by offering well-structured and accessible classes, bringing her careful attention to the details of the movements and the flow of the breath.
Lindsay is a certified Vinyasa teacher (RYT-500), who enjoys deepening her practice and teaching by studying with (international) teachers like Shiva Rea, Mark Stephens and Coral Brown.
