Lindsay Rentz has been teaching Vinyasa yoga for four years, and practicing for 10 years. As a certified personal trainer and coach, Lindsay sees yoga as the ideal way for athletes to balance running and strength training with stretching and restoring the muscles. Lindsay completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2013 from Balance Studio in Cohasset, MA. She has also completed her Level One Yoga for the Balanced Athlete, with Johnny Gilepsie. In addition, to her work as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, Lindsay is also a nutrition coach who believes in matching external physical goals with a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Lindsay’s classes are known for their strong vinyasa core flow, and classes are known for being fun, encouraging, and filled with humor to connect with her students. She loves integrating traditional yoga philosophy in a way that’s accessible and inspiring to the modern yogi to connect with her students.
