Yoga - the linking of the self with the divine and/or true self - is a lives long objective. Through asana, we can prepare the body for pranayama [optimal breathing techniques for regenerating and maintaining life force energy] and meditation [the linking of the mind with the divine ultimately, penultimately the purging the mind and atma {soul} of negative karmic values]. My purpose in this life is to serve you and lead you along the path of yoga. I teach asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga nidra classes. My classes are dynamic and always challenging. Most all open to all levels as I provide poses for all abilities. I also focus on alignment to not only bring more balance in your body, but to promote longevity of the skeleton and joints. I will give frequent adjustments and assists during class. I can be contacted through this website or by phone at 094-758-6631.

Conscientious, knowledgeable, and humorous

I attend Lindsay's yoga classes on a regular basis due to her scholastic awareness of the mind and body. I appreciate the solidity of information that she delivers to her students while backing up her knowledge with valid sources. In addition, she is also quite humorous and eccentric and in turn, students are able to laugh and have fun while training. Lindsay has helped strengthen many areas of my body by making need-be adjustments while providing encouragement, support, and motivation.

I am much appreciative of this due to the fact that in previous years of practice other yoga instructors did not make the essential adjustments needed on my body to help me improve physically and mentally. Lindsay's classes offer a balance of meditation along with challenging bodily movements; as a result, it has a been a wholesome yoga practice and I look forward to more of her classes while being a dedicated student. This uplifting, high-powered instructor can make one laugh, sweat, and feel great/ rejuvenated! Thank you, Lindsay!!!

A great yoga instructor

Since I've been in Chiang Mai, I stopped practicing yoga but I'm really happy I started up again with Teacher Lindsay. The classes are really challenging and make you push yourself but she helps you realize what you are capable of. For me, it's a good combination of being a great workout and spiritual practice, as she still makes you focus on breathing, body awareness and the other aspects of yoga. She's very experienced (and inspires me with her own strength), gives really nice adjustments, and offers speciality classes where you work on headstands, twists, etc. I would recommend any of her classes! You will be sweating a lot by the time it's over.

Lindsay is an amazing teacher.

I have been doing yoga on and off for about 10 years in several different countries and Lindsay is the best teacher I've ever had. She is very skilled with adjustments and is constantly looking for ways to improve her technique, but she always makes sure the student is comfortable with an adjustment before going in to help. As a somewhat adventuresome intermediate-level student, she helps me explore asana to the fullest extent of my capability.

I feel challenged and engaged physically and mentally during her classes, and rejuvenated afterwards.

My impression is that Lindsay takes her position as a yoga instructor very seriously in that she cares deeply about offering her students a positive, strengthening experience. However, her teaching style is often interwoven with a healthy dose of humor and whimsy to balance the intensity of some of the asanas as well as the emotions that can arise from yoga practice.
If you have the opportunity, don't miss a chance to take a class with Lindsay.

An amazing yoga instructor

Lindsay is an amazing yoga instructor. Her laid back personality and her wonderful sense of humor make for a perfect class. Her presence makes you feel at ease and not pressured to be better or as good as the person next to you. She is very knowledgable about yoga and the body. During her classes, she is encouraging and motivating and treats everyone equally. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor.

Totally kick ass in every way

She is such a good yoga teacher. I know that every class is gonna kick my butt, get me emotionally grounded, and push me to be stronger. She knows so much about yoga and the body and helps each student get there. I can feel the effects of her class in my body all the time and I am getting better at yoga because of her classes. I would take classes every day with her if I could.
