Known for her inspirational teaching style and ability to create a safe and sacred space for students to practice, let go and delve deeper into the inquiry of self, Lindsay supports students in finding their own expression of each posture while exploring and playing with their growing edge. Her classes are a blend of Kripalu/Mindful Slow Flow yoga infused with yoga philosophy, technical alignment, and her heartfelt humour. Her classes emphasize compassionate non-judgmental self-awareness, developing witness consciousness, being present in the moment and the practice of yoga not only on the mat, but off the mat as well. She has travelled extensively around the globe, has thousands of hours of yoga teacher trainings, numerous successes and some pretty big failures. She draws on all these rich life experiences to bring you a truly multi- dimensional practice.
Lindsay is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and has completed her 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher trainings through the Kripalu School of Yoga. She has filmed yoga classes for , been a program facilitator for Yoga Alliance 200 hr teacher training programs, and has owned and operated 2 successful yoga and healing arts centres in Caledon and Orangeville, Ontario.
She is currently living in London, UK while working on her next project: A retreat centre in beautiful Kawartha Lakes, ON scheduled to open in 2023.
Although Lindsay has studied under many influential teachers including Devarshi Stephen Hartman, Katie Brauer, and Coby Kozlowski, she trusts the wisdom of her own body above all to guide her practice and encourages her students to do the same.
