I have been practicing yoga since 1999, and teaching (for the greater part) since 2006. I have always been drawn to a more meditative practice which focuses on the energetic aspects of yoga. When I came to the practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® I knew I had found my heart's home. I still teach small hatha yoga classes, but my primary focus is sharing the technology of Kundalini Yoga which connects you to your inner guru, thereby delivering you to your authentic Self.
