I have practised yoga since 2011 and started teaching in 2013. Since then I've taught classes in Norway and Thailand, and done private lessons in France and Spain. I've had the honour of learning yoga from several experienced teachers like Khira Mali, Leon Lee, Doni Islamov, Elisabeth Fosse and Janne Marijke de Jong.
My teaching style is a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative and Dance yoga, with great respect to Pranayama (breathing) as a tool to build trust between body and mind.
I am currently travelling in France.
