Linsay has been teaching yoga at Front Street Yoga since she completed the Serenity Yoga teacher training in March 2010. With a vision for making yoga approachable to everyone she teaches with clarity and humor. Now the owner of the studio, she draws inspiration from the experienced teachers she works alongside at Front Street Yoga and prides herself on making it the supportive community that it is. Linsay believes that there is so much to be gained by having yoga in your life. With support, instead of pressure to do more than you are comfortable with, everyone can have the chance to discover what yoga means to them. You may come in for the stretching but keep coming back for the feeling of serenity and calm. Linsay loves having new students come in. It won't be long until she knows you by name and you feel like a part of the family. She teaches a range of classes from Noon Power Yoga and Monday morning Gentle Yoga to a more challenging evening Vinyasa Flow class where warmth is built from within. Linsay's other passions include healthy eating, cooking from her garden, baking vegan and gluten free treats and her family (pups obviously included).
Songs she is listening to right now: The Mountain by Trevor Hall, Tribal Derivations by Beats Antique and Video Games by Lana Del Rey
