I have taught yoga since 1998 and am registered with Yoga Alliance at an E-RYT200 level. I currently teach at Crafton Hills College and Inner Evolution Yoga. My styles vary from vinyasa flow to yin. My emphasis is on all eight branches of the yoga tree and I rely heavily on the philosophy when teaching.
