My yoga journey started over 20 years ago, I decided after an illness and operations that it was time to improve my health and well-being and not being a lover of gyms or extreme exercise I decided to try yoga.

I wasn't the most co-ordinated of people, and a bit shy and reserved, so a class that I could just slip into was great. I could work at my own level and soon realised that my flexibility had improved, my strength both physical and mental had also improved, without even trying, just by attending a weekly class.
In 2012 I decided to do my teacher training studies so I could share my passion to others, and that is what I am dong now and loving it.
