I have been a musician all my life and a teacher for most of my adult life. I am blessed to have been able to help many students throughout 25 years plus, of teaching. I have taught history, vocals,group fitness classes and yoga and meditation. My strength is to hone in on the student without ego, for the sheer betterment of the student. In yoga, there are few absolutes. Anyone can do yoga, even if immobilized.
