The physical practice of yoga has woven itself in and out of Lisa's life for the past 13 years. As a long distance runner for most of her adult life, she would practice yoga as a recovery tool from running marathons. In 2014 she took a break from running and became serious about her yoga practice. A spark was ignited and in April '17 Lisa completed her 200 hr. Lisa’s teaching passion has fallen into Restorative style yoga and she completed her level 1 Restorative Teacher Training with Jillian Pransky in February 2018. Lisa teaches because she feels it is a calling, and she wants to guide her students to find the beautiful connection between body, breath, and spirit.
