Lisa Butler is a mother, a trained professional dancer, an assistant film director and a yogi. She was introduced to yoga at the age of 17 and has been studying yoga ever since. She has studied with many different schools of yoga in Europe, the USA & Canada.
Lisa has developed a vinyasa flow style, paying close attention to breath and the awareness of alignment.
Being a dancer, Lisa’s classes flow with grace. She is a gentle and intuitive teacher who enables everyone in her class to work at their own pace. Enabling students to deepen their flexibility and wellbeing through close attention to breath & awareness of their inner body & alignment. She believes passionately in the power and the therapeutics of yoga and the effects this has on the body and the mind. Her classes are fun, informative and transformational.
