I trained with Yoga London in a dynamic flow yoga style. I have practised yoga for 15 years and thrive on the benefits of a stronger body, more balance and a calmer mind that yoga enhances my life with. I have a passion to pass this onto other keen yogis who would like to bring these benefits to there life too. The vinyasa flow can be modified or taken at your own pace and is encompassing of all bodies. I play music, burn oils, introduce minfulnes and allow plenty of relaxation time after class to include a head massage and lavendar eye pillows. I like a light hearted friendly approach in my classes with oppportunities to smile and connect.
