I love the impact Yoga has had on my life and am so keen to share it with you. I practice yoga so that I can show up and be the best mum, friend, teacher, coach, partner, and whatever else role I am in, that I can be. Its my way of getting to know myself better and by doing that, I hope that I live my values of love, joy, courage and compassion off my mat.
I'm loving teaching children at the moment so thats what I'm doing. I teach yoga and mindfulness to children and teens. I'm also studying Ayurveda so incorporate those principles into my yoga.
