Yoga has been an immense tool for stress relief, healing and growth in my life, so I love to share it. I aim to create classes that are inclusive, challenging, soothing, and inspiring. I see yoga as a wonderful way for people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life to heal and grow, which is why I have volunteered to share yoga with schools, incarcerated youth, with those in recovery, and with anyone anyone who wants or needs its benefits.
