I Love Life! Spirituality, Breath, Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Ayurveda and Yoga for Kid's are my passions. I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor and a Certified Guidance Counselor. I am a Yoga Alliance Registered RYT-500, E-RYT 250 and YACEP teacher. I travel and I share my practice. I trained at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico (RYT-200), School of Sacred Arts; Bali, Indonesia (RYT-500), YogaEd (K-12 Kids Yoga Certification) Childlight Yoga, Amrit Yoga Institute (Yoga Nidra Certification).
