Klaros Movement classes offer ways to age with grace, vitality and verve, for the mature body. Yoga, and Flourish at 50+ programs are based on postural alignment with awareness of our spiritual needs and aspirations.
Thematic series allows you to sign up for a block of 4-8 weeks, on topics such as: Balance, Prana, Happiness, Winter Health, and Joint Freeing.
I have been teaching yoga for 12 years, and movement for over 30. Initially classes started in my home studio, and the Leverett Public Library and are now held at the Montague Retreat Center.
