Lisa has been a fitness instructor for over ten years - has certifications in many forms of exercise. Aerobics, kick boxing, weight training, aqua fitness, pilates. She got her first yoga certification through BFit, in 2005, and has been leading yoga practices since. Lisa is an avid Bhakti yoga practitioner - chanting and meditation.
Completing 200hr RYT training at AlphaOmega in Dallas in 2012, Lisa is currently studying Sanskrit with Manorama D'Alvia
