Yoga for Fitness Enthusiasts is a practice that combines the ancient practice of Yoga with modern fitness movements and safety Fitness Yoga includes the elements of a tough cardiovascular workout as well as strength building postures that lengthen and strengthen your muscles without adding any unnecessary bulk!
We teach an active, flowing type of yoga that, with modifications and principles of alignment, allows our participants to stay safe and feel challenged yet successful.
Yoga for Fitness balances the mind and body, gets you in great shape, focuses your efforts, and helps prevent sports injuries.
Each month we practice to new tunes as well as focusing on a new spiritual path
