I became interested in yoga as a teenager after reading the book “Forever Young” by Indra Devi (who lived until the ripe old age of 102). Time spent in India further deepened my love of this ancient tradition and wherever I have lived or travelled I have practised yoga in some form or another. In fact whilst studying at Bath University I founded their Yoga Society as incredibly no such club existed when I embarked on my studies there back in 1995. I am a firm believer that as yogis we must do what feels comfortable, using the breath to work our way to increased flexibility and strength day by day. I find yoga is a great way to unwind and alleviate the stresses that come our way in a busy city such as London. Yoga is my passion - one I am keen to share with everyone on this planet!
