I have been in the wellness industry for over 20 years. My wellness career starting as a group fitness instructor which led to personal training and yoga instruction. I've been practicing and teaching yoga over the past 15 years and have been offering private and group yoga classes through my new company New Day Wellness. I travel to Caribbean Islands to teach yoga on an annual basis and have found great pleasure in introducing yoga to individuals who wouldn't normally try it.
I have found yoga to be extremely beneficial to my clients who are struggling with the ravages of cancer treatments and have witnessed women celebrating unexpected remission.
I also use my yoga experience to inspire and motivate individuals to take immediate action towards reducing stress levels through their own personal yoga practice.
