I have been practicing yoga for 12 years. I received my 200-hour Yoga Certification (RYT) from Yoga Alliance in 2007 and have taught over 1,600 classes since then at gyms and yoga studios. I love teaching vinyasa (flow) yoga, but have come to appreciate teaching gentle and yin yoga as well. I believe yoga has something to offer for anyone and everyone, and love how it has helped me.
Because I love teaching yoga, and want to help others, I started "Yoga for the Cause" to hold donation only yoga practices to raise money for various worthy organizations. You can check out my website at
I currently teach at 24 Hour Fitness in Carrollton and Plano, at Rescue Yoga in Carrollton, and I sub at The Mat in Dallas. I also teach private sessions for individual clients or groups. I hope to see you on the mat soon!
