She teaches Aerial Yoga and will guide you through each and every aerial yoga move to make sure you are practicing safely and receive all the benefits Aerial Yoga has to offer.
In Aerial Yoga, the silk hammocks are used to help students hold their bodies in the shape of traditional Yoga poses. The weight of the body is either partially or fully supported by the Yoga Hammock. Students use both the hammock and the floor to immediately feel the improvement in their flexibility, strength and alignment.
Lisa also teaches Betty Hoops’ Hoop Core Fitness class - a fun, heart-rate & smile increasing cardio workout using hula hoops! This incredible class is designed for absolutely anyone who wants to get in great shape and have fun doing so.
