I recently became a Mum.
I have been teaching yoga for around 10 years.
I follow the seasons and five element theory in my classes.
I also use zen shiatsu principles to visually diagnose clients during the class to promote health and healing within the sequence of movements.
I've also studied acu-moxa therapy.
Yoga and meditation (even when I take breaks from them) have kept me in a good space - especially when life thrown me a few curve balls!
