My life & teachings are influenced by many traditions, but especially Patanjali's 8 limbed system of yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

These classes are a beautiful mix of flexibilities & openings, asana, pranayama, meditation & relaxation, aimed to bring the body, mind, breath & being into balance, creating a smoother energy, a strong core, & a stable, fluid, more easeful you.
