Lisa has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching for 10. She graduated from her initial 200 hour training at Kripalu in 2004, and has since completed over 500 hours of training through Yoga Alliance accredited programs, and is currently enrolled in a 300hr program with master teacher, Kelly Morris, in NYC.

Lisa’s main area of interest is giving people the tools to manage the stresses of everyday life. She learned the art of Yoga Nidra from Richard Miller, founder of iRest, trained in Metta meditation at the Burlington Buddhist Fellowship, and is a reiki practitioner.

With over 10 years experience as a classroom teacher, Lisa understands the need to create a safe and compassionate space for students to pursue their own inquiry. She divides her time between southern Vermont, her hometown in England, and running camps in Oregon and Colorado for tweens and teens.
