She is registered with the National Yoga Alliance and is insured. It was the profound and lasting affects of practicing yoga on her health - physically, spiritually, and emotionally, that fueled her desire to share the gift of yoga with others. She is warm, caring, and compassionate and welcomes everyone from all walks of life to come and experience how practicing yoga can effect positive change in your life and help restore and maintain balance by strengthening your body, increasing confidence, improving memory and teaching you to clear and focus your mind.
Viniyoga is an approach to yoga that adapts methods of practice and postures making it accessible to all people regardless of age, ability, and level of health and fitness.
