The yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga and incorporates all it's practices: Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandhas.

I like to vary dynamic elements and a strong flow with relaxation, mediation and breathing exercises. Especially the mindfulness during the practice and the time to feel each posture is very important for me.

In my daily yoga practice I like to discover new poses, get creative and always find new inspiration.
