" I believe in the personal expression, creativity, and freedom of each individual. Personal expression to be who you want to be, the creativity to paint your way through the world, and the freedom to get out of your own way and step into your truth"
After discovering yoga in college, Lissa fell in love instantly and craved more. After finding a lot of yoga classes unsatisfactory, she knew she wanted to teach yoga and show that it wasn't all about what your body could do, but what your mind could do as well. Over the last few years, Lissa's yoga practice has evolved both mentally and physically. She's learned to unite breath with movement, and slow down and connect with her true being. She believes yoga is about creating space and awareness so that we can all open up and be a creative, energetic light in all aspects of our lives.
