Thai Massage-Terrific!

If you have stubborn muscle tension that will not release, despite "regular" massage sessions, please try Thai massage—especially with Liz Gresher. In Thai massage, body weight between the client and therapist is leveraged to give a full stretch of tense muscles. For me, it was better than deep tissue or sports massage. Liz adjusts the pressure according to your comfort level. She also thoroughly explains what she is doing & gives suggestions (post massage) to keep the muscle tension from returning. If I could go every week, I would!

Fantastic Teacher

I take private lessons with Liz for more than 3 years now and I am very glad I have. I now have the knowledge to safely complete an at home practice. I also am able to complete yoga moves beyond my expectations. My body is more flexible and strong and healthy from yoga practice. Liz is a caring and intuitive teacher. I have taken group classes as well. She has such control in the class and can keep everyone in good position while not disturbing your practice if she is working with the person next to you. I strongly recommend yoga with Liz Gresher.

Amazing yoga teacher!

Liz is a wonderful, well read, well trained, and insightful yoga teacher. I've been working with her privately for 5 years. She has coached me through many different body phases. (I've had two of our 4 children in the last 4 years) She really knows what I need out of our yoga and yoga massage sessions better than I do myself! She even helped me to realize what type and what poses I gravitate towards naturally, and where I can safely push myself. Liz has also taught my kids, ages 9 and 6, several times. The practice with my kids has given them a love of yoga, and tools to use when they feel overwhelmed or out of sorts.

Liz is a wonderful yoga teacher both in a 1:1 setting as well as a class setting. She is very knowledgable and easy to approach. She tends to lead class verbally, and will demonstrate when necessary. The focus of her classes are a wonderful balance of breath, alignment, and strength. I have been practicing with Liz 2-3 times per week for over year, and her wonderful teaching style keeps me engaged and moving forward in my practice.

Liz is such a great instructor. I alsways look forward to a session with her and walk out th irking what a great session. that was. She really cares about her practice ad her students and explains everything so well with really good cues. I do not think she has a specific outline of each practice but actually adjusts and taylors to the group. Just wish she would teach more.

Liz has good instincts about which poses can most benefit the indiviual practitioner, wether in group or one on one. This is important due to the limitations an indiviual may experience as a result of "life" happening to all of us. She is a treasure.

My experience with Liz

I always thought that I was too old and too sore to ever attempt yoga. My experience with Liz made me believe the total opposite. She worked me into the practice slowly but then continually challenged me far past my expectations. I have been off for 6 months and am starting back again today! Everyone in my life noticed the difference in me (energy level, feeling 10 years younger and pain in the past gone). Liz is one of the most wonderful people that I have been blessed to know.
