You Really Feel the Love with Liz

Liz's classes are well-rounded and intelligently sequenced. She has created a wonderful community in the North Country through her welcoming yoga studio classes. She's absolutely lovely.

The best there is!

I have been taking yoga with Liz for almost 20 years since she first began her teaching practice. I have watched her expand and evolve throughout the years. Although she was great from the get go, because she is so intuitive, sensitive, compassionate and devoted! She creates an environment that is so inviting and alluring to even the novice practitioner who may feel a bit uncertain and awkward at first. Her intention is to create an environment of love and awakening. She is grace!

Changed My Life

Wonderful Teacher!!!

I took my very first yoga class with Liz over five years ago. I loved it! And I loved the class I took with her yesterday too! She is so positive and approachable, knowledgeable and fun. She has a strong focus on the breath and leads you through a beautiful class that is both challenging for the seasoned yogi and accessable for the beginner. Stopping in for one of her classes never disappoints! Thanks Liz!!

I love river yoga

I love River Yoga. Liz is one of the best yoga instructors I have had the pleasure of taking classes from. She has made a big difference in many peoples lives with her humor, patience, and caring. She makes everyone welcome and is an amazing role model in the community. If ever in the area you should make time to attend.

Fabulous instructor

Liz has mastered the art of working with any individual wanting to learn yoga. I am a massage therapist and send Liz my clients who suffer from chronic aches and pains. I am completely confident she will work with them in a professional and attentive manner. She is so good that I attend her classes regularly and she helps relieve my stress from the daily grind of living. I cannot say enough good things about Liz other than I wish every community had a passionate yoga instructor like her.

A beautiful person, a fantastic yoga teacher

I have studied with yoga instructors all over the world and Liz is one of my very favorites. Liz has a very deep understanding of both the physical and spiritual sides of yoga. Her strength is her ability to teach asana and pranayama to students of all levels of experience. I have been in classes where she taught students from 8 to 80 years old, absolute beginner to experienced teachers, and every student left having a fulfilling experience. It is rare for a teacher to be able to meet such varied needs in one class. Liz includes a strong spiritual component to her classes. She emanates beauty and peace from her very soul.
