I am a licensed physical therapist and a certified yoga teacher RYT 200. I specialize in adapting yoga postures to the individual and my classes are gentle and appropriate for beginners and seniors. I teach 3 different types of classes: Chair yoga, Gentle Yoga for Strength and Stability and Gentle Yoga- Slow Stretch. I believe that yoga is for everybody. In addition to my weekly online yoga classes, I offer one-on-one yoga therapy sessions and combine yoga into my physical therapy practice.
