I started my yoga journey with Iyengar and then moved into Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles of classes. I love the structure of the Asthanga system and my classes follow this basis but I also like to bring in alignment and focus on different areas of the body. I started my yoga journey in the North West but have been living and teaching in the North East of England for the last 3 years
