Welcome! My name Is Lizzy Jackson and my journey to yoga was through mental illness. After years of struggling with anxiety and depression, and many failed modern medicine treatments, I finally decided to give this yoga stuff a try! Through my practice, I have been able to handle and overcome my mental health issues. I am so incredibly thankful to now be able to share this healing with others through yoga. My classes are focused on renewing the mind and body through a vinyassa flow linked with breathe work and meditation. I also work privately with clients who have specific physical or emotional issues they wish to work through.
