I have been practicing yoga for many years, it wasn’t until a difficult time in my life did I discover the full and beautiful benefits of yoga, not just in healing my body, but my mind and spirit as well. This inspired me to dedicate myself to yoga and the healing arts, in order that I may share my knowledge by teaching and helping other people. I am a 200 RYT yoga instructor, my classes are Vinyasa style with a focus on alignment. Taking a hands-on-approach I also incorporate Nuat Boran/Thai bodywork massage into my classes, due to the exchange of energy I find it to be complementary to yoga in furthering the healing of the body, mind and spirit. I strive to create a fun, uplifting and safe environment for my students. I am dedicated and passionate about helping others achieve balance and wellness through yoga. It’s satisfying and rewarding for me to see my students feeling enlivened and renewed, but more importantly the friendships that I have encountered. As a student I have been with the foundation for many years, it’s now a honor and pleasure to teach and give back to the foundation. As yoga has helped and inspired me, I hope to help and inspire you!
