Kundalini Yoga is the only yoga I teach. I love it because it is a holistic practice incorporating exercise, meditation, relaxation, chanting and mindfulness. Kundalini yoga brings calm to my life whenever I need it; it is there to draw on in the midst of chaos, stress, sickness or sadness. Mostly though it brings joy and happiness and I am blissed out after every single session of yoga. I love the rewards I get from teaching Kundalini yoga as I feel the warmth and appreciation of my students after each class, though I know this is all because of the incredible teachings of Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga.
