Lori is the Tru-Well Spiritual Coach providing Yoga Education. Lori also writes monthly yoga articles for and Forever Young and blogs and video tips for Tru-Well Working remotely enabled Lori to develop discipline of the mind and body practicing the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga.
