On top of her yoga training, Lori has over 24 years of experience teaching fitness and Advanced Personal Training. She is a graduate of SFU's Health and Fitness Certificate Program, and has studied nutrition, fitness and yoga through various trainings and immersions. Along with her world travels and an authentic caring nature, she takes her years of diverse experience and guides safe, dynamic and enjoyable classes.
Inspired by teachers such as Deepak Chopra, Sarah Powers, Seane Corn, Rod Stryker, Bernie Clarke and Lila Rasa Brown, Lori loves to diversify her teachings by incorporating positive lifestyle themes and yogic philosophy into her classes. It can be said that a "connection to self" and "feeling of contentment" are commonly experienced by those who partake in her yoga classes.
