I began my yoga practice in 1997 at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I am thankful for all of the wonderful teachers I have studied with over the years: David Swenson, David Life, Shiva Rae, Judith Lasater, Paul Grilley, Paulie Zink, Joseph La Page, Rodney Yee, Eric Shiffman, Doug Swenson and Jimmy Barkan. Although yin, vinyasa, restorative and Alignment-based yoga are the principle styles I teach, I also have been extensively trained in and teach ashtanga, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, Barkan and partner yoga. The classes and workshops that I teach are informed by these various styles of yoga presenting a unique blend of movement, alignment and mindfulness. I have a deep passion to help students mindfully engage the various tools of yoga to live an empowered and uplifted life with optimal health, understanding and joy.
I am a mom, proud grandmother and business owner. I currently teach yoga classes, workshops, privates, 200 and 500 hour teacher training programs and yoga retreats.
