I am a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher – Yoga Alliance 200. I have been practicing yoga for many years and find that it is a great way to release any stress or tension in the body whilst also calming my mind.

Yoga is a comprehensive practice designed to increase flexibility, tone, strengthen the core, soothe the mind and nourish the soul.

I am a dedicated yoga instructor who enjoys teaching all, regardless of age, level of fitness or yoga experience.
