Yoga is my passion and I love sharing this passion with my students and fellow yogis. I learn something new from students every week as we practice together. My classes have a different focus each week so no two classes are the same, we practise hatha and work with flows regularly, however we experiment with a few different styles and have visiting teachers at times. I welcome all levels and each class should allow you to work comfortably at whatever level you choose that day. it is your body, your class - mybodymyoga! Many of my students have been very pleased with the benefits of regular practise and that gives me a huge sense of satisfaction.
