I'm a 500 hour, Yoga Alliance Advanced certified Vinyasa teacher.
Before I consider myself a teacher, I acknowledge I am firstly a student. I have a strong, daily, dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practice.
My teaching style focuses on strong, vinyasa flows, aiming to link each movement with a breath. The classes aim to build a strong body, high stamina, great flexibility and peace of mind and hold deep routes in Ashtanga Yoga. You won't spend much time seated in my class, we already spend too much of our lives sat down, so I believe its important to keep your yoga practise fluid and moving. With vinyasa yoga we aim to ignite an internal heat that will drive out and burn away toxins and disease.
