I discovered yoga when I was 18 and fell in love with it. Since then, I have devoted myself to learning the history, techniques and philosophy of yoga. I have been practising yoga for eight years and received mentoring during two. I was mentored by Marcella Zamarioli and then qualified as a yoga teacher with Dr. Paul Jerard. I also have a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and in Music Therapy with a final project about mantras. I have researched a lot about yoga for anxiety and depression during my course so my mission is to help people feel happier and healthier with yoga.
