I started my yoga journey in 1997 after stumbling across a class in a gym I was teaching aerobics at. Yoga captured my heart and it wasn’t long before I was completely hooked!
I am an experienced instructor; I’ve been teaching classes and workshops in London, Essex and Hertfordshire after gaining my teaching qualification in 2001. I hold the British Wheel of Yoga and BSY diplomas as well as being a Relax Kids Coach for our young potential yogis.
I have studied under and have been truly inspired by the world renowned Manju Jois, Shiva Rea and John and Lucy Scott. My style of teaching ranges from gentle hatha to the much more dynamic Vinyasa flow. As a teacher I feel honoured to share my studies and love of yoga with my students. I aim for everyone to leave my classes feeling healthier and happier than they were when they walked in!
